Pursuant to the circular received from BSE dated March 24, 2026, for approval of record date and as per Annexure I thereof, the deemed date of allotment is March 30, 2026, and the effective listing date was specified as March 31, 2026. However, as March 31, 2026 is a trading holiday, the listing and trading of the shares will take effect from April 1, 2026. Accordingly, April 1, 2026 shall be considered the effective listing date of the bonus shares.
