Ola Electric sees strong march comeback; registrations jump over 150% MoM

Ola Electric reported a sharp recovery in March 2026, with daily orders crossing 1,000 units in the final week and registrations rising to 10,117 units, more than doubling from 3,973 units in February—marking over 150% month-on-month growth.

The company also witnessed a V-shaped recovery in market share, supported by improving demand momentum through the month.

Ola Electric attributed the turnaround to major improvements in its service operations. Over 80% of vehicles are now serviced on the same day, driven by better parts availability, faster diagnostics, and tighter operational controls. These changes follow earlier service-related challenges and have significantly enhanced customer experience and trust.

The company noted that stronger customer confidence is translating into higher conversions across its product portfolio, with momentum accelerating towards the end of March.

In a key milestone, Ola Electric became the first EV brand in India to surpass 1 million cumulative registrations, according to VAHAN data.

Additionally, the company recently launched its #EndICEAge campaign to boost EV adoption, offering initiatives such as a service trust guarantee, buyback assurance, and an extended 8-year warranty, further strengthening its value proposition.

The company said the improved performance, coupled with operational enhancements and new initiatives, signals a sustained turnaround and positions it for the next phase of EV growth in India.
