In furtherance to our earlier intimation dated January 25, 2026 regarding the estimated sale of our land at Podanur to be concluded on March 31, 2026, we would like to inform you that based on the progress of the needed government approvals, the said transaction will be carried out in two phases and the first phase of sale will include approximately 15-16 acres, and is expected to be completed in the month of April, 2026 and the same has been mutually agreed between the Company and G Square Realtors Private Limited.\r\n\r\nThis intimation is given pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015.\r\n\r\nThis is for your information and records.
