The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.79 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 8.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 140.17 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 49.14 per cent at Rs 147.47 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 98.88 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 31.38 per cent to Rs 108.85 crore from Rs 82.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 165.68 per cent at Rs -2.22 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 3.38 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 140.92 per cent to Rs 38.62 crore as against Rs 16.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 61.57 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 31.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.68 crore, while Taxation increased by 132.53 per cent at Rs 6.79 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.92 crore).
