TVS Motor Company has announced the launch of the TVS Armado 200, a new three-wheeler aimed at strengthening its presence in Indonesia’s expanding commercial and logistics sector.

Positioned as a high-performance cargo vehicle, the Armado 200 is powered by a 197.75 cc oil-cooled engine, designed for long operational hours and demanding usage. The vehicle features a 2-metre cargo bed and offers a best-in-class payload capacity of up to 840 kg, catering to a wide range of business applications.

The model is available in Blue, Red, and White colour options and is priced at IDR 35.9 million, with an introductory offer of IDR 34.9 million (on-road Jakarta). The company is also providing flexible financing options to support businesses of varying scales.

Commenting on the launch, Peyman Kargar, President – International Business at TVS Motor Company, highlighted the strong growth potential of the commercial three-wheeler segment in Indonesia and global markets. He noted that the Armado 200 has been developed locally, from design to production at the Karawang plant, reflecting the company’s long-term commitment to the segment.

In line with Indonesia’s development initiatives, TVS will also supply the Armado 200 to the AGRINAS and Merah Putih cooperative programs, supporting economic growth, local manufacturing, and improved productivity in rural and suburban regions.

Key features of the vehicle include a durable spark-ignition engine with high torque output, robust suspension for all-terrain comfort, ergonomic seating, USB charging support, and an industry-leading warranty of three years or 30,000 km on the engine.
