Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,\r\n2015, as amended, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting\r\nheld today, i.e., Wednesday, April 8, 2026, have reviewed, considered and approved\r\nthe cancellation/withdrawal of the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between Vector\r\nFinance Private Limited ('Transferor Company') and Dhruva Capital Services Limited\r\n('Transferee Company'), and their respective shareholders and creditors, formulated under Sections\r\n230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder\r\n('Scheme').
