Pursuant to relevant provisions the board of Directors of the Company has fixed Monday the 4th day of May, 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the eligiblity of the Members entitled to receive the Postal Ballot Notice and Vote on the resolution for appointment of Independent Director of the Company.
