The Company has received a Certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agents ( RTA ) i.e. M/s MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited) for the quarter ended 31st March 2026 confirming that the details of securities dematerialized / rematerialized during the aforesaid period as required under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, have been furnished by RTA to all the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed. As required under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, enclosed herewith please find the compliance certificate dated 03rd April 2026 as received from our RTA as Annexure A.
