The 40th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on Monday, 20th July, 2026.The record date for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend is Friday, 3rd July, 2026. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid/dispatched by the Company in permitted modes after Monday, 20th July, 2026 within the stipulated timelines.
