It is hereby informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and\r\nDisclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), and based on the recommendation of the nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, April 15, 2026, inter alia, approved the appointment of Ms. Deepali Sehrawat as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from April 15, 2026.
