We wish to inform that the company had already appointed Mrs. Sanjana Jain as company secretary and compliance officer of the company on 4.5.2019 as per reg 6(1) of SEBI (LODR) regulations, 2015 and the company has appointed M/s. Venture Capital and Corporate Investments Private Limited as RTA as per reg 7(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
