Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited has received a land conversion order from the District Collector’s office in Pali for its proposed 120-room luxury 5-star resort project in Jawai. This marks a key regulatory milestone and clears the way for the start of construction.

The project has now secured major approvals, including the Forest No Objection Certificate, and has appointed the architect and civil contractor. Architectural plans are ready and have been submitted for building plan approval under applicable state regulations.

Subject to final approvals and customary clearances, the company expects to commence construction soon.
