Aequs Limited has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between AeroStructures Manufacturing India Private Limited, Aequs Engineered Plastics Private Limited and Aequs Force Consumer Products Private Limited (Wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company) with the Aequs Limited.
