The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7,422.00 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 11217.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 33.83 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.66 per cent at Rs 1,41,823.00 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,32,962.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.20 per cent to Rs 1,29,861.00 crore from Rs 1,17,846.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 39.81 per cent at Rs 3,357.00 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 5,577.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 20.87 per cent to Rs 11,962.00 crore as against Rs 15,116.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 25.86 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 28.72 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1,467.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 20.07 per cent at Rs 2,361.00 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2,954.00 crore).
