The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 51.90 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 47.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 9.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.48 per cent at Rs 852.13 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 648.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 33.49 per cent to Rs 774.49 crore from Rs 580.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 39.53 per cent at Rs 4.36 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 7.21 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.31 per cent to Rs 77.64 crore as against Rs 67.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13.07 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 11.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.75 crore, while Taxation increased by 16.42 per cent at Rs 19.07 crore (Mar'25 Rs 16.38 crore).
