Pursuant to Reg 30 of LODR, 2015 the Board of Directors at their meeting held on Monday, the 27th Day of April, 2026 have accorded to the appointment of Mr. Santhosh Veerappan (DIN: 11638469) as an Additional Director designated as Non-Executive Independent Director w.e.f 12th June, 2026 for a period of five years not liable to retire by rotation, subject to the approval of Members.
