The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 130.30 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 281.95 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 53.79 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 22.89 per cent at Rs 351.28 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 455.53 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.77 per cent to Rs 13.00 crore from Rs 14.25 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 23.34 per cent to Rs 338.28 crore as against Rs 441.28 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.59 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 30.54 per cent y-o-y to Rs 207.96 crore, while Taxation decreased by 88.24 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.17 crore).
