The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 37.45 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 14.32 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 161.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.86 per cent at Rs 205.22 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 161.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.19 per cent to Rs 144.83 crore from Rs 125.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 644.25 per cent at Rs 8.41 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.13 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 67.59 per cent to Rs 60.40 crore as against Rs 36.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 32.09 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 21.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.25 crore, while Taxation increased by 119.54 per cent at Rs 17.98 crore (Mar'25 Rs 8.19 crore).
