The Board of Directors of the Company, today (02.05.2026) met and approved among other things, the standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31.03.2026 alongwith the Auditor's Report. The Board had also recommended a dividend of Rs. 7/- per equity share for declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
