The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today (02.05.2026), based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the re- appointment of Dr. Shinya Takahashi as the Chief Technical Officer of the Company for a period of one year w.e.f 08.05.2026.
