The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.59 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.95 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 394.58 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.93 per cent at Rs 181.62 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 183.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.81 per cent to Rs 158.05 crore from Rs 166.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 15.93 per cent at Rs 4.38 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 5.21 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 15.35 per cent to Rs 20.67 crore as against Rs 17.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.36 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 54.04 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.62 crore, while Taxation increased by 870.31 per cent at Rs 4.93 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.64 crore).
