Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 4th May, 2026 considered and approved, inter alia, audited stand alone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st march 2026 along with auditors modified report and statement on impact of audit qualifications.
