The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.05 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 27.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 99.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 98.83 per cent at Rs 18.21 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,560.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 98.69 per cent to Rs 19.80 crore from Rs 1,514.64 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 122.31 per cent at Rs 2.89 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.30 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 103.49 per cent to Rs -1.59 crore as against Rs 45.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 398.97 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 90.85 per cent at Rs 0.74 crore (Mar'25 Rs 8.09 crore).
