The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.88 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 28.79 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.01 per cent at Rs 29.62 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.00 per cent to Rs 26.90 crore from Rs 21.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 39.13 per cent at Rs 0.32 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.23 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 27.73 per cent to Rs 2.71 crore as against Rs 3.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 38.66 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 11.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore, while Taxation decreased by 30.53 per cent at Rs 0.66 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.95 crore).
