The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.69 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.59 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 525.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.19 per cent at Rs 116.93 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 120.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.41 per cent to Rs 108.90 crore from Rs 116.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 125.00 per cent at Rs 0.54 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.24 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 81.67 per cent to Rs 8.03 crore as against Rs 4.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 87.70 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 23.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.12 crore, while Taxation increased by 100.00 per cent at Rs 1.04 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.52 crore).
