The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.13 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 44.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.48 per cent at Rs 13.75 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.10 per cent to Rs 13.69 crore from Rs 14.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 161.54 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.13 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 90.16 per cent to Rs 0.06 crore as against Rs 0.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 89.36 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.12 crore).
