Thermax Limited has informed the Exchanges about the re-appointment of Dr. Ravi Shankar Gopinath as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a second consecutive term of five years with effect from November 10, 2026 to November 9, 2031, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
