UCO Bank has informed that Shri Subhash Shankar Malik has ceased to be a Part-time Non-Official Director on the bank’s board following the completion of his tenure.

The bank stated that Malik’s term officially ended at the close of business hours on May 7, 2026. He was appointed to the board for a three-year term through a Government of India notification dated May 8, 2023, under the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
