The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.35 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 8.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 2.22 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.31 per cent at Rs 179.65 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 162.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.32 per cent to Rs 156.49 crore from Rs 138.10 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 57.14 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.14 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 6.46 per cent to Rs 23.16 crore as against Rs 24.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.20 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 14.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.67 crore, while Taxation decreased by 7.87 per cent at Rs 3.16 crore (Mar'25 Rs 3.43 crore).
