The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 57.36 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 46.37 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 23.70 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.20 per cent at Rs 859.79 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 841.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.17 per cent to Rs 729.39 crore from Rs 720.97 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 83.33 per cent at Rs 1.54 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.84 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 8.38 per cent to Rs 130.40 crore as against Rs 120.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.08 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 21.47 per cent y-o-y to Rs 16.79 crore, while Taxation increased by 25.30 per cent at Rs 21.05 crore (Mar'25 Rs 16.80 crore).
