The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.33 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.28 per cent at Rs 28.43 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 28.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.35 per cent to Rs 27.79 crore from Rs 26.89 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 45.76 per cent to Rs 0.64 crore as against Rs 1.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 46.30 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.17 crore, while Taxation decreased by 75.56 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.45 crore).
