The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.00 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 33.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 42.60 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.57 per cent at Rs 446.65 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 478.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.21 per cent to Rs 420.14 crore from Rs 425.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 6.37 per cent at Rs 4.26 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 4.55 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 49.79 per cent to Rs 26.50 crore as against Rs 52.78 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 46.29 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 1.40 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.17 crore, while Taxation decreased by 130.51 per cent at Rs -6.09 crore (Mar'25 Rs 19.96 crore).
