Marble City India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the proposal for raising funds by way of issue of fresh Equity Shares/Convertible Warrants through preferential basis along-with other matter, if any, as may be permitted under applicable laws, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required, including the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The Board, if required would also consider to conduct an Extraordinary General Meeting/ Postal Ballot process to seek approval of the shareholders inter-alia in respect of the aforesaid proposals(s) if the same are approved by the Board. Further, as informed earlier vide our letter dated 01.04.2026, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities by the Promoters, Promoters group, Directors, KMPs, connected person(s) and designated person(s) have already been closed w.e.f. 01st April, 2026
