Pursuant to Reg.30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to provide hereunder the proceedings of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 through video conferencing (\VC\) / other audio visual means ('OS VM'). The meeting was held in compliance to the General Circular No.03/2025 dated September 22, 2025, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ('MCA') and Circular No2024/133, dated October 3, 2024 issued by SEBI, Companies are allowed to hold AGM/EGM through VC / OA VM, without the physical presence of members at a common venue till further orders and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereunder.\r\n\r\nThe Meeting commenced at 12:30 Hrs and concluded at 01:18 Hrs.
