The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.12 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 80.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.92 per cent at Rs 4.23 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.44 per cent to Rs 4.28 crore from Rs 3.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 121.74 per cent at Rs 0.51 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.23 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 113.51 per cent to Rs -0.05 crore as against Rs 0.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 113.90 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 533.33 per cent at Rs 0.26 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.06 crore).
