The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 58.72 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 36.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 61.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.06 per cent at Rs 1,163.61 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,140.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.59 per cent to Rs 1,059.77 crore from Rs 1,076.86 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 68.66 per cent at Rs 12.65 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 40.37 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 64.04 per cent to Rs 103.84 crore as against Rs 63.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 60.72 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 7.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 30.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 43.40 per cent at Rs 14.70 crore (Mar'25 Rs 25.97 crore).
