Danish Power Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 09, 2026, recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended 31st March 2026 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
