N R Agarwal Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 12, 2026, recommended a final dividend @ 20% i.e. Rs. 2/- per share (face value Rs. 10/-) for financial year 2025-26 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
