The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.93 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 13.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 17.63 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.43 per cent at Rs 109.99 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 151.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 29.51 per cent to Rs 93.65 crore from Rs 132.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 18.24 per cent at Rs 1.30 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.59 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.66 per cent to Rs 16.35 crore as against Rs 18.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 20.32 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 78.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.38 crore, while Taxation increased by 14.83 per cent at Rs 5.73 crore (Mar'25 Rs 4.99 crore).
