The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 494.29 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 209.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 135.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.42 per cent at Rs 443.63 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 524.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 17.83 per cent to Rs 359.25 crore from Rs 437.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 203.23 per cent at Rs 7.52 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.48 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 3.40 per cent to Rs 84.38 crore as against Rs 87.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 14.23 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 7.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 21.14 crore, while Taxation increased by 61.90 per cent at Rs 56.52 crore (Mar'25 Rs 34.91 crore).
