The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 70.05 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 83.89 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 16.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.18 per cent at Rs 572.78 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 571.76 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.06 per cent to Rs 426.36 crore from Rs 426.12 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 38.03 per cent at Rs 6.86 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 11.07 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.54 per cent to Rs 146.42 crore as against Rs 145.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.35 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 35.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.97 crore, while Taxation decreased by 12.72 per cent at Rs 24.23 crore (Mar'25 Rs 27.76 crore).
