The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.08 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 100.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 1487.50 per cent at Rs 1.27 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 0.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 605.26 per cent to Rs 1.34 crore from Rs 0.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 53.33 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 30.00 per cent to Rs -0.07 crore as against Rs -0.10 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 95.44 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore
