The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.76 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 45.45 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.24 per cent at Rs 20.46 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.96 per cent to Rs 17.04 crore from Rs 16.55 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 240.00 per cent at Rs -0.42 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.30 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 56.88 per cent to Rs 3.42 crore as against Rs 2.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 43.63 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 20.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.28 crore, while Taxation increased by 25.53 per cent at Rs 0.59 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.47 crore).
