The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 84.29 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 79.59 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5.91 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.85 per cent at Rs 2,889.73 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,679.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.21 per cent to Rs 2,692.16 crore from Rs 2,487.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 24.69 per cent at Rs 11.59 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 15.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3.09 per cent to Rs 197.57 crore as against Rs 191.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.34 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 26.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 51.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 49.63 per cent at Rs 25.18 crore (Mar'25 Rs 49.99 crore).
