The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1.92 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.66 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.11 per cent at Rs 66.24 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 70.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.49 per cent to Rs 58.75 crore from Rs 64.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 16.28 per cent at Rs 1.00 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.86 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 18.11 per cent to Rs 7.50 crore as against Rs 6.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 25.78 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 39.62 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.21 crore, while Taxation increased by 342.42 per cent at Rs 0.80 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.33 crore).
