The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 35.81 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 746.57 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 779.97 per cent at Rs 372.49 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 42.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 586.16 per cent to Rs 309.80 crore from Rs 45.15 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 60.96 per cent at Rs 19.75 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 12.27 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2323.05 per cent to Rs 62.69 crore as against Rs -2.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 352.70 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 155.56 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.53 crore, while Taxation increased by 670.24 per cent at Rs 12.94 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.68 crore).
