The Company has extended a Corporate Guarantee by execution of a Second Amended & Restated Deed of Corporate Guarantee in favour of SBICAP Trustee Company Limited acting for the benefits of the Working Capital Lenders of HTL Limited, a subsidiary of the Company ('HTL'), a 'Security Trustee', to secure the various fund based and non-fund based facilities availed/to be availed by HTL, to the extent of Rs.265 Crores in substitution of earlier Corporate Guarantee of Rs.295 Crores provided in favour of the Security Trustee acting for the benefit of the Working Capital Lenders of HTL.\r\n\r\nThe details as required under SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are as per attached letter.\r\n
