The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.77 crore compared to net loss of Rs 8.00 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 11.02 per cent at Rs 2.18 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 91.54 per cent to Rs 0.44 crore from Rs 5.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 72.34 per cent at Rs 0.81 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.47 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 163.64 per cent to Rs 1.75 crore as against Rs -2.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 171.25 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 125.32 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.78 crore
