Bharat Tex 2026 Mobile App Launched to Enhance Visitor Experience

Neelam Shami Rao on Wednesday launched the Bharat Tex 2026 mobile application, a unified digital platform aimed at enhancing the experience of buyers, exhibitors, delegates, speakers, sourcing consultants, and visitors attending India’s largest global textile event.

Developed as a comprehensive digital companion for Bharat Tex 2026, the app will provide users with access to event information, exhibitor discovery, venue navigation, meeting scheduling, knowledge sessions, lead management, and real-time updates through a single interface.

The app includes customised features for exhibitors, international delegates, overseas buyers, sourcing consultants, and general visitors. One of its major highlights is an AI-powered Smart Assistant that will function as a 24x7 conversational guide, helping attendees with event-related queries, schedules, venue directions, and other information.

The platform also focuses on business networking and matchmaking by enabling participants to discover relevant business partners, schedule meetings, manage availability, and track interactions. A QR-based lead capture system and Lead Wallet feature have also been integrated to help exhibitors manage business contacts efficiently.

For easier navigation, the app offers digital floor plans, booth search options, and stall-level directions across Bharat Mandapam. Global buyers and visitors will also be able to search exhibitors by company name, product category, and exhibitor type for targeted sourcing opportunities.

The app additionally provides access to live conference schedules and knowledge sessions, allowing attendees to create personalised agendas and receive alerts for upcoming sessions.

Bharat Tex 2026 is scheduled to be held from July 14 to 17, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The event is being organised by the Bharat Tex Trade Federation with support from the Ministry of Textiles.

The event is expected to attract more than 7,000 international buyers and over 1.3 lakh trade visitors, showcasing India’s complete textile value chain ranging from fibres and fabrics to apparel, technical textiles, sustainable products, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
