The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.75 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 73.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 31.13 per cent at Rs 25.07 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 36.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 33.94 per cent to Rs 22.83 crore from Rs 34.56 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 95.98 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 3.73 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 21.74 per cent to Rs 2.24 crore as against Rs 1.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 76.28 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 60.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.39 crore, while Taxation decreased by 29.87 per cent at Rs 0.54 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.77 crore).
